The dread "backlog" of games. Yep, I've gotten to that point where I can safely say I'm done buying games and more concerned with actually beating them. How many do I have? Here we go in no particular order:
1. To the Moon
2. Witcher 1
3. Witcher 2: Assassin's of Kings
4. Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt
5. Afro Samurai
6. Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen
7. Bioshock 1
8. Bioshock 2 (Not bothering with Bioshock: Infinite, heard it's overrated.)
9-11. Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection (Not interested in Phantom Pain.)
12-14. Devil May Cry: HD Collection
15. Devil May Cry 4 (We don't talk about that one that came afterwards.)
16. Grand Theft Auto IV
17. Dishonored 2
18. Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
OK wow, that's a lot to complete. So how am I gonna manage these without tiring myself out and still having time to draw in between? I figure I'll start by completing the shorter games first just in time for Mass Effect Andromeda. Because once that comes out, that's where I'm putting all my time into without exception. So my "schedule" so to speak will probably look something like this:
1. To the Moon
2. Afro Samurai
3. Grand Theft Auto IV
4. *maybe* one more game
5. MASS EFFECT!!!!
6. DMC saga
7. Witcher Trilogy
8. Free-for-all from there.
It's a start. Not even mentioning stuff like Dark Souls 3 or Gravity Rush 2 DLC that I'll focus on as well. And who knows? Might get some creative juices flowing in my brain during this. I'm writing this primarily for myself, but also as a way to warn others to catch up on the games they haven't finished yet before it slowly devolves into a chore. Don't make the mistake I did and put them off for later.
Wish me luck! I'll update my progress once and awhile.
